Sammy Nixon has spent the past 18 years in the telecommunication industry and has over 20 years of experience in the area of corporate leadership. Sammy’s experience includes operations management, call center Telephony applications, strategic call routing, and IVR streamlining with third party call overflow management. 


Mr. Nixon has successfully managed residential and commercial (B2B) sales teams and has lead a team of more than 300 outbound account consultants while simultaneously managing the relationship of third-party telesales teams. Sammy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from Kent State University. He currently lives in Akron Ohio with his wife Melissa and their three children.
